MEET

OUR FOUNDER

Winnie is a Communication Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Corporate Communication Management.

She is adept at developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives to drive organisation objectives. She has excellent skills in adapting strategies to evolving market dynamics and leveraging data-driven insights to ensure the continuous optimisation of communication effectiveness.

Over the years, Winnie has demonstrated proven proficiency in developing coherent and consistent narratives that reflect project objectives while also considering the communication landscape, including audience demographics and market trends.

For the past 6 years, Winnie’s focus has been on crafting strategic communication solutions to champion gender equality and women’s empowerment at the Ministry of Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management.

Collaborating closely with numerous governments, NGOs, academia, grassroots communities and civil society organizations, she has spearheaded various programs which were aimed at behavioural change.

Winnie has a diverse skill set which includes Customer Experience Management and Business Development enriched by 11 years of leadership roles. While most of her professional journey has been in Kenya, she also spent 5 years in the UK, where she pursued a communication career in various organisations and a Master of Arts Degree in Public Communication and Public Relations at the University of Westminster, London.
